Bridge Refill Program for PharMerica

StationMD is honored to be working with the PharMerica to provide 24/7 access to board-certified physicians to address any existing prescription refill needs through the Bridge Refill Program.

What is StationMD?

StationMD was founded by emergency medicine physicians who recognized a need for better quality care for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our team of board certified physicians deliver superior medical care to people with I/DD in their homes through easy to use telehealth technology.  Our physicians all have a special commitment to caring for people with I/DD and have dedicated training in this area.

The Bridge Refill Program

Through the StationMD Bridge Refill Program, PharMerica clients have access to a specially trained, board certified physician to assist with existing prescription refill needs when the prescribing physician is unavailable. This service helps close the gaps of delayed access to refills, thereby improving access to care, reducing agency stress, and avoiding unnecessary ER visits.

Q: When can I call StationMD?
A: Once the on-boarding process is complete, StationMD doctors are available and ready to assist 24/7/365 – you can call at anytime.

Q: When should I use StationMD’s Bridge Refill Program?
A: The StationMD Bridge Service is in place for current medication refills only. When a resident is unable to see their prescribing physician prior to a refill expiration, the StationMD Bridge Refill Program can be used.
