Our management team directs our developmental disability services along with all of our telemedicine services like virtual primary care and IDD services.
At StationMD, our teams are expertly trained in the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Dr. Boulware received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine training at Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York where he was chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Amy Bowman completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Wisconsin-La Cross/Gundersen/Mayo in La Cross, WI. She is NCCPA certified.
Dr. Céspedes received her medical degree from State University of New York in Stony Brook, NY. She completed her emergency medicine training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Stephanie Chen completed her Master of Science, PA studies at the Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program, and has since been a Emergency Room PA at various hospitals and medical centers. She is NCCPA certified.
Dominika DePalma received her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is NCCPA certified.
Robin Ellis received her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University with a concentration in Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric/Mental Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is dedicated to amplifying patient advocacy, closing care gaps, and navigating shifting healthcare paradigms.
Dr. Even received his medical degree from Des Moines University. He completed his family medicine residency at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. He was recently selected by his peers as a “Top Physician in Milwaukee” in family medicine and manual medicine. Dr. Even is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Ayesha Ghaffar received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Wagner College, where she also completed her Master of Science in Advance Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Dr. Greenblatt completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York and is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Greenblatt has been practicing emergency medicine in community and academic hospitals since 2008 and has been working with StationMD since 2017 to develop and deliver the highest quality of care for people with disabilities through telehealth.
Dr. Gutterson received his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Mercy St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Hahn received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her emergency medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Khan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine and the American College of Physicians. He received his bachelor’s degree at City College of New York’s Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Khan completed his combined emergency medicine/internal medicine residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He is board certified in emergency medicine and internal medicine, and holds Master’s degrees in healthcare management and health administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Over the past several years, Dr. Khan has served as a director and chairman of various major emergency departments in the New York City area.
Dr. Matthew Kaufman is the CEO of StationMD. He received his MD at SUNY-Downstate and trained in emergency and internal medicine, hematology, and oncology at Northwell Health. He has served as medical director of emergency departments and continues to practice emergency medicine in the NYC area. He was honored to be named one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Innovators of 2019 and a 2021 Ernst & Young New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year®. More recently, he was privileged to receive the 2022 Leadership Award by the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD).
Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry, NJ School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in family medicine.
Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine training at Tufts Baystate Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in International Emergency Medicine also at Tufts Baystate Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Jenna received her M.S., Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University. She is NCCPA certified.
Dr. Lee received his medical degree from University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. He completed his emergency medicine residency at The Weill Medical College of Cornell University Residency Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Lim received her medical degree from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed her geriatric medicine fellowship at University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Makker received her medical degree from University of Toledo College of Medicine. She completed her emergency medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is an active member of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM).
Dr. Mankowitz received his medical degree from the SUNY Health Science Center, Brooklyn, NY. He completed his emergency medicine training at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, New York. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine as well as the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Clinical Informatics.
Donelle is a Registered Nurse in practice for over 12 years who graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science in Lubbock, TX.
Dr. Murray received her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her emergency medicine training at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
Krista Patel received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Florida. She is NCCPA certified.

Dr. Shamian received his medical degree at Technion Faculty of Medicine, Haifa Israel. He completed his residency as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine at Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY . He is Chief Fellow in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn NY. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Cassie Shea completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Charleston in West Virginia. She is NCCPA certified.
Dr. Taha received his medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He completed his critical care medicine fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Maulik M. Trivedi is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician in practice for over 20 years. He has served as the chairman or associate chair of several emergency departments. He has also been an integral part of the core leadership of Emergency Medicine provider groups in the region. He is a founding partner of StationMD and has been instrumental in helping the organization achieve its mission of improving the quality of care for the IDD population. He is a recognized national speaker and thought leader on the use of technology and telehealth solutions to positively impact an individual’s medical care and foster independence. He continues to practice as an ER doctor in the NYC area. He has a special interest in applying tech solutions to keep both individuals and staff safe during the COVID-19 crisis. He and his family currently live in midtown Manhattan.
Dr. Unadkat is a board-certified emergency physician, recognized physician leader, and a founding partner at StationMD. After graduating medical school and completing his graduate studies in healthcare administration and policy at New York University, he completed his residency at Northwell Health where he served as chief resident. He has held numerous academic positions throughout his career and has served as assistant residency director for the emergency medicine training program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He has practiced clinically over the past 18 years in large academic centers, community hospitals, free standing emergency centers, and has been delivering care via telehealth to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout the country. He has served as chairman and medical director of emergency medicine at a one of the largest academic trauma centers in New Jersey. Dr. Unadkat serves as a medical director providing policy support and clinical oversight for I/DD provider agencies. He is a recognized provider of I/DD healthcare and has lectured at national and state conferences regarding the care for people with I/DD. Throughout his clinical career, Dr. Unadkat has focused on improving access to high quality medical care among vulnerable populations. As chief medical officer at StationMD, Dr. Unadkat, supervises a team of physicians and allied health professionals. He oversees clinical operations, education, clinical quality improvement, and development and growth of clinical services. Dr. Unadkat is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and is a member of American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry.
Lori Westrick is a Registered Nurse with experience in various roles throughout emergency departments, urgent cares, and medical centers. She graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB).
Kwame Amin is a Physician Assistant who attended CUNY York College. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management from Hofstra University, and a Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc) in Behavioral Medicine from the University of Lynchburg.
Gail Bergin is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She received her degree from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY.
Alexandria Brown completed her Physician Assistant Studies at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She is NCCPA Board Certified.
Dr. Chu received his medical degree from University of Toledo College of Medicine. He completed his post-graduate training at Michigan State Department of Psychiatry. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
Hope is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of dedicated nursing experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to every patient across the lifespan. Based in Columbia, SC, she is committed to supporting the emotional well-being of our patients and helping them thrive.
Kim Marie Dinelle is a board-certified PMHNP. She received her degree from The Sage Colleges – Sage Graduate School in 2015.
Dr. Dominic is a board-certified Psychiatrist. She received her degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine, and completed her psychiatry residency at University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
Dr. Flowers is a board-certified general and child and adolescent psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of South Carolina/Prisma Health in Columbia, SC.
Dr. Kaye received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed a psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Kaye is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General, Forensic, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Maurizi is a General Psychiatrist and retired Navy physician with more than 30 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). He graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri–Columbia School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in General Psychiatry.
Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience serving individuals with I/DD and Autism across multiple settings who is a staunch advocate and practitioner of person-centered care. She graduated with honors from SUNY Stony Brook.
Dorsa brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in psychiatric nursing, with the past six years spent practicing as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their mental health journey. Dorsa earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, completed her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certificate at National University, and holds a Doctorate in Nursing from Rutgers University.
Kaileigh completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in Albany, NY. She is board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through ANCC.
Calysta Tilley, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, is a certified Physician Assistant with a focused dedication to psychiatry and mental health. Calysta earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia College in Milledgeville, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia).
Dr. Williamson received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is boarded in General Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
