StationMD is a telehealth company dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.
Position Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for handling the complete client experience from onboarding through ongoing support for StationMD clients. This role combines implementation coordination, customer service, and operational support to ensure client success and satisfaction. The position serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing new agency implementations, resolving customer concerns, and providing backup support across multiple operational functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Implementation
- Conduct client introductions and orientation sessions
- Administer and review implementation worksheets
- Process and upload patient enrollment data into company databases
- Maintain accurate roster management across all client accounts
- Customer Service and Support
- Respond to client general questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Escalate client concerns as appropriate to account management, member relations, clinical, and operations teams
- Conduct encounter demonstrations for clients as needed
- Coordinate StationConnect user setup and ongoing account administration
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in medical office in an administrative capacity or similar experience
- Energy and passion for increasing access to quality healthcare and improving the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
- Highly proficient with computers and technology including Electronic Health Records, Zoom, and Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes are continually being refined
