Dr. Boulware received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine training at Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York where he was chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Robin Ellis received her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University with a concentration in Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric/Mental Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is dedicated to amplifying patient advocacy, closing care gaps, and navigating shifting healthcare paradigms.
Dr. Even received his medical degree from Des Moines University. He completed his family medicine residency at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. He was recently selected by his peers as a “Top Physician in Milwaukee” in family medicine and manual medicine. Dr. Even is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Michelle Foster received her Physician Assistant Certification from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. She is NCCPA Board Certified.

He’s been practicing clinically for over 13 years with clients of all ages and backgrounds. And, he works as a tenured professor of psychology in the City University system of New York.
