StationMD Partners with Florida Community Care to Expand Access to Telehealth for Individuals with I/DD Across Florida

Miami, FL — December 17, 2025 StationMD, a national telehealth provider dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), announces a new partnership with Florida Community Care (FCC), a leading provider of long-term care health plans in Florida. This collaboration aims to improve health outcomes, reduce unnecessary emergency department visits, and enhance access to timely, specialized medical care for individuals with I/DD statewide enrolled in Florida’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care (ICMC) Program.

Through this partnership, members of FCC will have access to StationMD’s 24/7 physician services, delivered by board-certified doctors and clinicians specially trained in the unique medical needs of individuals with I/DD. StationMD’s clinicians can assess and treat patients in their homes or residential settings, helping them receive high-quality care in familiar environments and avoid disruptive and costly hospital visits.

“We are proud to partner with Florida Community Care to bring accessible, person-centered medical care to more people with I/DD across Florida,” said Calvin Batt, Chief Growth Officer at StationMD. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to ensuring individuals with I/DD receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to improve the lives of our members and their families,” said Abby Riddle, President of Florida Community Care. “With StationMD’s expertise, we can ensure that more individuals get timely medical attention without the disruption of an ER visit. We’re excited to offer our members an innovative solution that improves both quality of care and quality of life.”

This partnership represents an important step in expanding the availability of specialized telehealth services across all 67 counties in Florida. Together, StationMD and FCC will support individuals with I/DD, their families, caregivers, and support staff by delivering immediate access to medical expertise, ensuring clear communication with care teams, and enabling seamless coordination with existing healthcare providers.
