Randi is a registered nurse in practice for over 25 years. She has served and cared for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in multiple capacities including nursing, project management, behavioral health, compliance, and quality assurance. Her passion is serving those less fortunate and being a voice in the health care industry for those most vulnerable. Throughout her tenure as a Developmental Disability RN, she has pioneered new clinical service delivery models, pharmacy and technology integration, and served as a subject matter expert on local and state committees while improving the delivery of healthcare to those in the IDD population. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and resides in Fort Worth, TX.
