Geoff is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist by background and has extensive experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health.  In the clinic, Geoff frequently treated individuals with IDD along with the geriatric population.  After treating in the clinic, he transitioned to a Care Coordination company working in leadership of Provider Relations as well as Account Management.   In this role, he had the opportunity to partner with providers in all levels of care as well as clients such as United Healthcare, Humana, and Optum.  Geoff has always had a passion for healthcare and providing support to individuals so they can thrive at home as well as in the community.
