Tywren’s nomination came directly from a StationMD team member who was so impressed by their interaction that they felt compelled to share: “He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had an amazingly positive and upbeat attitude. It was obvious he has been taking great care of his individual for many years. Since we interact with many caregivers, I wanted to highlight Tywren’s excellence to let his team know they are lucky to have him on staff!”
Helping his individuals is what Tywren credits to his motivation in his role. Outside of work, Tywren enjoys staying active by playing basketball, contributing to his energy and enthusiasm. His advice to fellow DSPs perfectly captures his approach to the job: “Always come to work with a positive attitude.” It’s clear this isn’t just advice he gives – it’s something he lives by.
Tywren has also experienced firsthand how StationMD can make a difference in the lives of those he supports. He recently shared how the partnership helped one of his individuals: “I had to use StationMD a couple weeks ago – one of the individuals I help support had a very bad dry cough. With the assistance of StationMD, we were able to get the individual I support the proper antibiotics to make her feel better.” This is exactly the kind of timely, accessible care that empowers DSPs like Tywren to ensure the wellbeing of the people we serve.
