Wendi Patterson holds a PhD in Organizational Behavioral Management and an MBA, with an emphasis in Organizational Management and Development. She brings almost thirty years of experience in leadership and supports for people with I/DD and the aging/elderly population. Wendi spent over twenty years as an Executive Director for three separate multistate providers. Wendi was part of a leadership team who implement the first of its kind Employment and Community First CHOICES integration of the State of Tennessee with the 1915(c) statewide waivers and ICF/IDD programs into managed care. Wendi has been highly effective in developing and implementing HCBS and CQL standards and practices. She is a Credentialed Enabling Technology Integration Specialist (ETIS), and former United HealthCare statewide enabling technology project manager.
