StationMD is a telehealth company dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.

Position Summary:

The Operations Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple functional areas of StationMD’s telehealth medical practice. Responsible for day-to-day operational and business functions of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage corporate reception functions including voicemail systems and email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries
  • Operational Support for StationMD’s professional service lines including
    • Manage corporate reception functions including voicemail systems and email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries
    • Work with internal nursing team to facilitate post-encounter follow up needs
    • Support maintenance of patient demographic and clinical records
    • Process and maintain patient consent documentation
    • Manage medical records requests by coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure timely release of medical information
    • Provide administrative support for billing operations and insurance issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in medical office in an administrative capacity or similar experience
  • Energy and passion for increasing access to quality healthcare and improving the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
  • Highly proficient with computers and technology including Electronic Health Records, Zoom, and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes are continually being refined

  • Regular business hours with flexibility for urgent organizational needs
