All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. Position Summary:
The Operations Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple functional areas of StationMD’s telehealth medical practice. Responsible for day-to-day operational and business functions of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate reception functions including voicemail systems and email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries
- Operational Support for StationMD’s professional service lines including

- Work with internal nursing team to facilitate post-encounter follow up needs
- Support maintenance of patient demographic and clinical records
- Process and maintain patient consent documentation
- Manage medical records requests by coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure timely release of medical information
- Provide administrative support for billing operations and insurance issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in medical office in an administrative capacity or similar experience
- Energy and passion for increasing access to quality healthcare and improving the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
- Highly proficient with computers and technology including Electronic Health Records, Zoom, and Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes are continually being refined
